So, yesterday was a pretty eventful day. We had a very good rehearsal at the garage yesterday and talked about some new ideas and upcoming tidbits for you all, so stay tuned for that. I was starting to feel very productive. After that, I hit the gym, and blasted out some calories, trying to make up for the meals I ate this weekend. Then, good friend and band-mate Bryan Villarin came over, because we had an appointment set for me to replace his exterior door handle on his Corolla S. After a little bit of tinkering, and some new Tools I didn’t have (Thanks Bryan!), I managed to get his new door handle on and working perfectly. Now he can roll in style and the ladies will no longer scathe their precious hands on his sharp door handle. You’re welcome, ladies. Feeling accomplished, my wife Aimee and I made some dinner for Bryan and ourselves, consisting of homemade spaghetti and meat-sauce, complete with all the fixins. This was all topped off with Vanilla bean ice cream topped with Flambéd pears and mangos. It was a delight, and if I could make a word to sum up the experience, I would say it was simply…”scrumtrelescent”.
Anyway, don’t forget whats really important out there, and be thankful for friends, food, and music. It is little things like these that make our lives more full and rich with new experiences. If you can, find some time, play some tunes, make some good food, or simply do finish a project that you have been putting off. You will undoubtedly feel better.
In TSP news, more shows to be posted soon, and we recently finished recording two of our newer songs, so stay tuned for news regarding those. That is all I have for today, so peace and chicken grease.
